A deposit of 200euro /£200 ,which is non refundable should you cancel with the balance due 8 weeks before arrival.
Security/Breakage Deposit: A 300€ security deposit is required during your stay, this is returned at the end of your stay, unless damages occur (subject to the owners discretion)
Trevejean Gite
Trevejean gite is part of a beautiful stone Breton Longere property adjacent to the owners home , dating back to the sixteenth century which has been lovingly restored to offer you boutique accommodation offering you an indulgent experience with the warmest of welcomes.
Consisting of four charming En-suite bedrooms with sumptuous comfortable beds , hotel quality Egyptian cotton bed linen and high quality towels , organic toiletries and bathrobes, all rooms are attentively decorated with a mix of French charm and chic boutique style .
Downstairs there is a full kitchen with full hob & oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, and the kitchenware is plentiful and of good quality.
You'll also find tea, coffee, sugar, oils, spices, herbs, cleaning products, tea towels in the kitchen.
There is a lovely lounge- dining room with a log burner a large dining table, sofas and the all important wine / beer fridge .
On arrival you will find a hand-picked extensive welcome pack for you to enjoy.
Outside is a lovely south facing garden, patio with al fresco dining area and bbq, a lovely relaxing space. The garden gets the sun all day long and is a lovely area to eat your breakfast or dinner as the sun goes down .
Located in peaceful countryside, it is ideal for escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoying a barbecue, a good book, and a glass of wine
Situated on the outskirts of the beautiful village of Mur de Bretagne, in the heart of Guerledan only one kilometre from the beautiful Lac de Guerledan and all of the activities it offers and only a few metres from the Velodyssee cycle route offering fantastic cycle tracks in every direction ,set in a picturesque rural location with far reaching views its a perfect base to explore this lovely region of Brittany.

Brittany is all about getting away from it all, if you are looking to walk across wild landscapes, enjoy nature ,culture , gastronomy (we have an amazing michelin star restaurant in our village the amazing Grand Maison with the most talented chef Christophe le Fur )
cycle along the fabulous cycle paths of disused railway lines and along the Nantes Brest canal ,visit castles, explore beautiful towns and cities, along with gorgeous beaches then Brittany is for you ,
We are situated just one kilometre from Lac de Guerledan the largest lake in Brittany with some fabulous man made beaches along with a vast array of activities on offer.
We are 45 minutes from the coast where you can enjoy the beautiful coastal towns and beaches of Binic and Saint Brieuc.
On arrival we ask for a security deposit of 300 euro to cover any damage and the need for extra cleaning. which will be returned to you on departure if there has been no damage and the house is relatively clean.

Your Hosts
We are Charles and Sharon and we moved here to this gorgeous spot in Brittany several years ago and have run it as an extremely popular Chambre D'hotes but have decided to let the whole house out with a minimal stay of 4 nights stay.
Gite
We offer four luxuriously appointed bedrooms all en-suite with sumptuous comfortable beds with either memory foam mattress or toppers and gorgeous Egyptian cotton bed linen, luxury bath robes and toiletries, all rooms have been lovingly decorated and are a mix of French charm and chic boutique.Complemented with fresh flowers.

There are various seating areas around the garden for you to enjoy breakfast, afternoon tea , or a lovely glass of wine whilst taking in the peaceful country views.

We can offer homemade meals, maybe for your first evening eg homemade caramelised red onion and cheese quiche
or casserole followed by a desert, please ask for more information
We are very close to the velodyssee cycle route 6 and also the Nantes-Brest canal we have many cyclists stay with us and we offer secure cycle storage facilities along with charging facilities for E bikes and a hose for wash down of cycles. We are also 1 kilometre from the beautiful Lac de Guerldan.

Lac de Guerledan
Just a few minutes away is the stunning lac de Guerledan, Brittany's largest lake with it's sandy beaches , and extensive trails for walking and cycling , fishing ,perfect for lazy sunny days , fun on the water or a lovely waterside walk .
Mur de Bretagne
We are just on the outskirts of this lovely French village a former commune in the Cotes-d' Armor with it's shops, eateries, patisseries and is home to the Michelin star restaurant Auberge Grand Maison serving stunning food from Chef Christophe le Fur a master of the principles of classic French cooking.
Nantes- Brest canal
A very short distance from us is the Nantes- Brest Canal which links the two seaports of Nantes and Brest through inland Brittany, it was built in the early 19th Century and it's total length as built was 385km with 238 locks, it is fabulous to cycle or walk along with several beautiful picnic spots.
Cycling
Mur de Bretagne has several cycling routes and nicknamed the Breton Alpe d'Huez the Mur de Bretagne ascent, a long straight climb of two kilometres has already hosted numerous stage finishes, in the Tour de France
and hosted the 6th stage of the tour 2018 and the end of stage 2 June 2021, and again this year 2025.
We are a short cycle from the Nantes-Brest canal and La Velodyssee cycling route.
We offer safe and secure storage for your cycles / motorcycles and a hose is available as is an electric point to recharge your E-bikes.
